VSM300 SERIES SHAKER SCREEN REPLACEMENT

VSM300 series shaker screen is for NOV Brandt VSM300 shale shaker. V300 shale shaker is famous model. It including 3 shaker decks. 3 decks consist of an integrated scalping deck (3 screens), a primary deck angled at 7° incline (4 screens) and an integrated drying deck (2 screens; optional).

Shaker screens on 3 decks are different on size and appearance. They also have different functions. Scalping deck will filter coarse solids out of drilling fluid. Primary deck will get rid of finer cuttings, while the secondary or drying deck will make discharged solids more dry.

Original VSM300 series screen are steel framed one. But presently, many shaker screen manufacturer developed the composite frame V300 screens
