ALS-I & ALS-II Shale Shaker Screen
Hookstrip flat screens are the series applied most widely at present. This screen can be fit on ALS shale shakers. The screen panel is constructed with two or three stainless steel layers bonded to a metal support panel.

Higher screen capacity improves productivity. Longer screen life extends run times and decreases replacement costs. Reduced downstream wear minimizes maintenance costs. Overall efficiency results in lower capital expenditures.

ALS shaker screen is hookstrip metal back screen. The dimension is about 1141 x1212mm, and the hook height is about 1.5cm. These screens are engineered to meet the exact API specifications, and can be installed directly on the shaker with hook tension system. Replacement screens are available in a various of mesh combinations to best suit the needs of the drilling application.
