Based on the foreign technology, two design changes have been made by our company to extend the economic limit of fine screen operation: (1) a coarse backing screen, which protects the fine screen from being damaged, extends life, and provides additional support for heavy solids loading, (2) tensioned cloth bonded to a screen panel.

The MG grade wire mesh provides outstanding screen life for heavy loading applications, and the TBC & XF grade wire mesh offers a higher conductance and longer life screen over other suppliers.
