Frame supported metal back screen approximately 42" from side to side and 29" in the direction of flow. Two layers of Ultra Fine wire cloth are bonded to the panel, with the square or hexagonal perforated panel, the load stress can evenly distributed on the screen surface, and also provide a rigid support for the wire cloth layers, increase the screen area.

Screen frame is produced using high yield structural tubing. Dimensional tolerances are ensured with the use of machined welding fixtures. Each frame is inspected and checked for flatness before the screen manufacturing process begins.

The screen layered wire clothes are using the fine square opening cloth. Available mesh size is from 20 to 325 mesh. The screen features excellent screen life, better performance under heavy solids loading
